Laitram L.L.C. Information Technology Services Department has an opening for a Desktop/Network Support Analyst, reporting to the ITS Infrastructure Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position include desktop and network configuration and support for local and international sites.

Responsibilities: * Provide dependable and timely resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. * Provide technical support assistance for the following areas: system set-up, configuration management, integration issues, performance tuning, upgrades and functional/feature support. * Administration of desktop and network systems. * Author technical documentation on common issues and solutions. * Interface and maintain effective communication with customers and team members. * Stay current with system information, relevant changes, and updates in technology.

Requirements: * B.S. in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. * Strong technical aptitude and be willing to learn more. * Working knowledge of a network computing environment. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory configuration management. * Experience using and configuring Windows XP and Windows 7. * Self-managed and works well with a team. * Excellent customer services skills and ability to interface with all levels. * Excellent written and verbal skills. * Willing to travel.
