The Position
This individual will be responsible for building and expanding customer relationships, helping to ensure replacement business, and uncovering/qualifying potential new business opportunities. Some of the specific responsibilities include: – Servicing customer requests through multiple channels of communication, using industry specific product and process knowledge – Providing recommendations and technical assistance for conveyor belting and related products/solutions – Utilizing telephone sales and support skills to create interest and offer value-added products and services to customers.

Required: – Genuine drive to uncover business opportunities – Curiosity about how things work mechanically – e.g. manufacturing processes, equipment, etc. – Strong mathematical and technical aptitude – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Passion for learning and achieving goals – Willingness for occasional travel. – Working knowledge of Windows-based software

Preferred: – College degree – Previous business to business sales or service experience – Bilingual – English/Spanish and/or English/Portuguese
