Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and self managed person to work as a Project Manager for the Manufacturing Engineering Group (MEG). The individual selected for this position will work in a dynamic environment with other project managers, engineers, technicians, drafters, and technical writers. This position is based in Harahan, Louisiana and the selected candidate will report directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

· Manage work requests to clarify customer needs and develop ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)
estimates.

· Acquire the necessary understanding of technologies required for project success that will facilitate communication with the team and management.

· Make decisions on project direction and direct resources to accommodate project scope, timeline, and budget.

· Identify project risks and develop plans for risk mitigation

· Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely, efficient project execution and completion.

· Communicate and interface with management, team members, and internal customers on project status.

Requirements:
· College Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management

· Demonstrated project management skills including: organization, problem-solving, prioritizing, communication, documentation, leadership, motivational and cooperative team management, with critical attention to detail.

· Excellent relationship skills with team members, subcontractors, internal customers, other internal resources (including management, engineers, and plant personnel).

· Technical aptitude – ability to research, understand, and communicate concepts associated with a given technology.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures and adverse conditions.

· Demonstrated ability to understand project requirements, identify and allocate resources with the expertise to meet them, and coordinate resources to reach a successful outcome.

· Computer literacy, at a level appropriate for a project manager, in software essential to job performance (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Willing to travel as required for training, vendors, research, and installations.

· Some work occurs on holidays and weekends when required by production.

Desired Qualifications: · Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Industrial Technology, Engineering or appropriate industry experience

· 10 years of project management experience.

· Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.

· Experience with managing automation/machine design projects
