Intralox, L.L.C. has an opportunity for an New Product Development Coordinator/Analyst – Quality in its Quality group.

Responsibilities:
· Coordinates development and documentation of new product quality specifications for entire manufacturing process (raw materials through finished goods).

· Maintains knowledge of all of the Quality processes and job functions within the department and effectively represents the concerns of those functions on the New ProductTeams.

· Communicates all relevant information related to the release of new products to the rest of the department.

· Identifies and develops new product measurement and testing techniques and coordinates all related training of manufacturing personnel.

· Serves as coordinator on all new product quality issues with Manufacturing and the New Product Teams.

· Chairs the New Product Quality Risk Assessment meetings with NPD Manufacturing Coordinators and relevant manufacturing resources.

· Ensures that all new product quality requirements are met within expected new product release schedules.

· Executes audits to ensure critical manufacturing processes for new products are communicated and followed.

· Supports other Quality projects on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:
· B.S. in Engineering, Science, or Technical discipline

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including some technical writing

· Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, query tools, etc.)

· Technical knowledge of injection molding, assembly, and similar manufacturing processes
· Must be able to work well with others from a broad variety of functions and departments

· Must possess a strong attention to detail and high level of organization

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of deadlines

. A demonstrated outstanding attendance and punctuality record.

Desired Qualifications:
· Familiarity with CAD/Pro E or other drafting software

· Association with related professional organizations (ASQ, SME, etc.)

· Experience working in or with a Quality Department a plus
