Responsibilities: *Develop and manage engineering projects from start to finish (budgeting, planning, tracking, and reporting). *Acquire the necessary understanding of technologies required for project success that will facilitate communication with the team and management. *Develop solutions to eliminate waste and streamline engineering and manufacturing processes. *Identify project risks and develop plans for risk mitigation. *Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely, efficient project execution and completion. *Work with the commercial team on understanding and defining market requirements *Communicate and interface with management, team members, and internal customers on project status.

Requirements: *5+ years demonstrated project management skills with multi-discipline design projects including: organization, problem-solving, prioritizing, communication, documentation, leadership, motivational and cooperative team management, with critical attention to detail. *Engineering or other technical degree strongly preferred. *Experience with software essential to job performance (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). *Excellent relationship skills with team members, subcontractors, internal customers, other internal resources (including management, engineers, and plant personnel). *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures and adverse conditions. *Demonstrated ability to understand project requirements, identify and allocate resources with the expertise to meet them, and coordinate resources to reach a successful outcome. *Willing to travel as needed.
