The Development Intern will work to increase capacity for SBP by creating the Friends of St. Bernard Project Chapter Program. The goals of the internship are to follow up with high school and college groups who volunteer during peak season (spring break) and encouraging them to return during off-peak volunteer season (summer and winter), develop a replicable model for recruitment and retention of high school and college volunteers that can be adopted by schools across the country and form lasting partnerships between St. Bernard Project and high schools/colleges.
