Engineering consulting firm seeks Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Marketing Department by assisting with the preparation of proposals, marketing packets and other materials. Additional duties include preparing reports, correspondence with clients, data entry, and coordinating proposal team members.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, English or related field. Candidates must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills. One year of administrative experience, knowledge of engineering industry, database management and document production experience is preferred.
